ServiceNow App Engine Sr. Technical Consultant

Job Description

Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent, and technology. We combine human-centered design, powerful data, and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.

The ServiceNow App Engine Sr. Technical Consultant will focus primarily on the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow platform and the development of the modules specific to the customerâs needs. 

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow App Engine experience - Most important requirement.
  • ServiceNow Approvals Workflows experience.
  • Mandatory certifications: CSA and CIS.
  • 2+ years ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience required in app engine, flow designer, Next Experience UI.
  • 2+ years JavaScript experience.
  • 2+ years using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS.  
  • Knows fundamentals of the web.  
  • Very good communication skills in Spanish. Advanced in English.
  • Good collaboration, teamwork, and learning skills.  
  • Consulting or Pre-Sales experience in cloud services.
