Como Gerente Financiero de Supply Chain, impulsará una mejor toma de decisiones para el negocio al proporcionar información analítica oportuna, detallada y estandarizada para apoyar y discutir con el equipo Supply Chain las decisiones diarias, mensuales y/o estratégicas. Esta posición aporta un profundo conjunto de habilidades técnicas para brindar un acceso más rápido al análisis e informes específicos del negocio, al tiempo que reta las operaciones, crea eficiencias, y coherencia entre regiones y funciones. Esta función respalda y permite que los equipos de toda la función de SC conecten eficientemente con el resto de las Operaciones Integradas (i.e. IO Finance, Plant Controllers, Manufactura, Compras, Calidad, Ingeniería, etc.). Esta función es un componente esencial del equipo de Supply Chain (SC) y, en última instancia, debe convertirse en un socio de negocio al aprovechar el análisis/síntesis de datos e informes para impulsar continuamente una mejor la estrategia, y generar las eficiencias y mejoras necesarias, en lo que respecta a los costos operativos de almacenamiento y distribución, logística y fletes, así como reducir y optimizar los niveles de inventario, su cobertura y rotación, para la región de Latam. Esta función mantiene un estrecho contacto con las plantas y los recursos corporativos y funcionales para encontrar oportunidades para centralizar, estandarizar, optimizar e impulsar eficiencias operativas, así como brindar soporte continuo al Director de Supply Chain. El Gerente de SC Finance, como un rol central, es responsable de la integridad y el desempeño financieros de la función para todo Latam. Apoyará a los altos directivos o gerentes de operaciones en la recopilación de datos para preparar propuestas, validar supuestos, verificar la ejecución y respaldar el cumplimiento de los objetivos generales, así como de garantizar la integridad y puntualidad de los informes financieros relativos a SC. Este rol es crucial para asegurar la viabilidad financiera y la eficiencia operativa de Supply Chain Latam.
Key responsibilitiesResponsabilidades Principales:
1. Gestión Financiera de la Cadena de Suministro:
- Supervisar y analizar los costos asociados con SC E2E.
- Vigilar y apoyar la consecución de los diferentes KPIs operativos de la función, incluyendo el proceso de S&OP, reducción de Inventarios y optimización del Capital de Trabajo.
- Seguir y asegurar el desempeño de SC entre todas las plantas asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas del grupo.
2. Planificación y Análisis Financiero:
- Elaborar presupuestos y pronósticos financieros, así como el análisis de rentabilidad relacionados con la Cadena de Suministro.
3. Optimización de Procesos:
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para analizar, validar y ayudar a optimizar los gastos de almacenamiento, transporte, logística y distribución.
- Alinear y validar los volúmenes del S&OP en conexión a la proyección de inventarios y el Revenue forecast.
4. Gestión de Riesgos:
- Monitorear y reportar el progreso del control de inventarios, nivel de confiabilidad, y nivel de ocupación de almacenes.
- Evaluar y gestionar los riesgos financieros asociados con SC, incluyendo fluctuaciones de precios y problemas logísticos.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en finanzas en Supply Chain, preferentemente del sector alimenticio.
- Conocimiento profundo de los principios y prácticas financieras, como análisis financiero, evaluación de proyectos, ROI, NPV, Payback.
- Fuertes habilidades de análisis y síntesis, capacidad para interpretar datos financieros complejos, análisis comparativo contextual, y tendencias.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos, multifuncionales y de rápido cambio.
Competencias Deseadas:
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo. Lograr a través de otros.
- Idiomas: Inglés al 95%; Portugués/Español deseable.
- Habilidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos financieros.
- Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de mejora de procesos. - Conocimiento sólido de herramientas de software financiero y de gestión de SC (PBI, ERP, SAP, etc.)
