About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hitachi Vantara Corporation as a Digitalization Specialist - Supply Chain Data Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insights
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights to our Supply Chain Management teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Supply Chain Data Management
  • Design and execute data collection strategies using SQL queries from various supply chain management systems.
  • Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business intelligence requirements.
• Process Improvement and Optimization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through data analysis and insights.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and optimizations to drive business growth and improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business intelligence requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain.
• Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
