Scrum Master/Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy talent and technology. We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale.

The Catalyst Team is seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Business Analyst to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.

The Scrum Master/Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating, and documenting process workflows, and gathering business requirements.

Qualifications:

⢠Excellent communication skills.

⢠Hands-on experience as a scrum master, leading a product team (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

⢠Demonstrable experience in business analysis, including requirements capture.

⢠Demonstrable experience in writing user stories and constructing other design artifacts.

⢠Ability to operate effectively in a customer-led team.

⢠Experience in using Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft Office platform.

Responsibilities:

⢠Ensure that team members are well trained and understand Agile processes and that the team members know their respective roles, that they have a sense of project ownership, that processes are followed, and that teams are self-managed.

â¢âHost Daily Scrum, or stand-up, meetings.

â¢âTrack team progress and note any obstacles and remove roadblocks that may keep the team from completing tasks.

â¢âEnsure that all team members, including those who work remotely, can attend, and participate in the daily meeting.

â¢âAssist the product owner with the product backlog.

â¢âHelp the product owner refine and maintain the product backlog using the information gathered from the daily stand-up meeting.

â¢âAssist with the product backlog by scheduling meetings, going through the backlog with the PO and assist them write user stories.

â¢âGenerate sprint metrics and ensure the overall velocity of the team is in-line with the capacity planned.

â¢âProvide insights on team utilization and ways to improve the efficiency.

â¢âHelp establish a safe, collaborative space for the team to have healthy conflict.

â¢âSupport the team and raise concerns whenever there is an ambiguity in acceptance criteria.

â¢âSupport the organization in establishing expectations for development teams that will often have clients.

â¢âFlexibility to interact with and deliver to both external Agile and non-Agile teams/customers.
