The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

What youâll do:
  • Coordinate and oversee all activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Maintained accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and security measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer service
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics. 
What is required:
  • TSU or Bachelor´s Degree International Business, Industrial Engineer or similar
  • Experience in similar positions 3 years
  • Organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English intermediate level
