Onsite technical support

We are Marsh McLennan, we offer consulting and risk management services, insurance brokerage and insurance program management for different sectors of the economy through the business units: Marsh, Mercer, and Guy Carpenter

Provide support to end users across multiple operating companies by installing and assisting with the operation of their workstations, business applications, and related equipment.

We will count on you for the following responsibilities:

  • Provide remote tech support.
  • Performs installations, trains, maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs of Oliver Wayman, desktop hardware/software technologies.
  • Responds to incidents within SLA, or within a timely manner; with appropriate level of urgency and follows up with customers on all issues.
  • Maintains accurate hardware and software record using, ServiceNow for all corporate assets.
  • Supports incidents of Level 2
  • Supports teamâs abilities and functions through positive customer relations.
  • Contributes to the improvement and enhancement of processes and procedures.
  • Escalates incidents and questions to appropriate support groups.

You need to have:

  • Associates degree in a technology related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of company desktop operating systems and software.
  • Microsoft Office 365, Apple OS/iOS, ServiceNow, Okta, Zoom, Zscaler, BitLocker, and Active Directory knowledge.
  • English proficiency.
  • Good general knowledge of standard computer hardware.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Microsoft or other certifications desired (i.e., MSCDT, MCP, MCSE).
  • A+ certification preferred.
