Our dedicated Marketing and Communication team is full of hardworking cross-functional team members. We are seeking individuals with the same energy, diligence and positivity who can help us lead growth for our Cartier Maison in Mexico.

 

The position of Media Manager will play an important role in the creation of our Cartier Mexico paid media strategy via an insights-driven approach that encourages innovation. The main responsibilities of the role are developing, negotiating , implementing and optimizing well-rounded paid media campaigns crafted to reach core business objectives as well as to elevate our Brand equity. The role will partner closely with PR & Marketing teams, Client Insights, Analytics and our Agency Partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Advertising Campaign

  • Following the international Media Guidelines, adapt and propose a relevant local media plan adaptation always protecting the international rules aligned to the local business and communication objectives.
  • Constant follow up and fluid communication with HQ team for alignment, approvals, and reporting.
  • Work together with Advertising Agency (MEDIACOM) to coordinate and implement the media strategy of the fiscal year.
  • Upload Media reports to Bumblebee and all matters pertaining to the media buy which are done through the agency
  • Implement Advertising Institutional Campaigns (online + offline) for Mexico.
  • Coordinate the delivery of all the materials (social, online, offline) together with TAG, the creative agency.
  • Analyse the KPI’s and campaign results in Google Analytics
  • Analyse the online communication campaigns in hand with the Marketing & Communications Director to get best practices and improve future campaigns for the future.
  • Close collaboration with PR department to develop negotiation strategy with media partners to increase ROI, editorial ratio, give the media perspective recommendation to creating content proposals.
  • Work with E-Commerce Manager to oversee content development and dedicated landings.

Co-op Advertising

  • Implement Co-op Advertising program with dealers (Retail and Wholesale): Analysis of needs by client, approval of campaigns, design, budget reporting, and all day-to-day activity of advertising campaigns for the benefit of our commercial partners.
  • Work together with Advertising Agency (Mediacom) to coordinate and implement the media strategy of the fiscal year.   
  • Analyse the online communication campaigns in hand with the Communication Manager in order to get best practices and improve future campaigns for the future.  
  • Coordinate the delivery of all the materials (social, online, offline) together with TAG, the creative agency.

 

Media Budget Management

  • Ensure that invoicing is correctly booked in our systems and tools for impeccable budget monitoring.
  • Optimize, follow-up and respect the overall media budget.
  • Monthly analysis and comparison between A&P, accounting and internal tables.
  • Fill the LE screen every three months.
  • Coordinate the media flow according to the strategy defined in the strategic plan.
  • Coordinate the yearly COOP plans
  • Athena - Strategic Planning – A&P budget coordination platform
  • Coordinate & validate the communication screens locally and with HQ
  • Assist in coordinating areas for a cohesive Communication budget, including Media, PR, VM and Finance departments.
