THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Sr Business analysts works with the business to identify the challenges and opportunities for digital solutions to make an impactAdvise less experienced analyst/s in effectively analyzing complex end-to-end business processes and eliciting business requirements and needs, including identification of business needsInterprets Takeda’s SDLC to help junior business analyst/s and various stakeholders, collaborate effectively during the entire journey including identification of opportunities.Maintain documentation and outputs for assigned parts of software.Ensure that analytical outputs are complete, consistent, understandable, achievable, unambiguous, verifiable and in line with established standardsProcess and decompose internal customer requirements into specifications and smaller blocks like user stories.Works with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.Provides continuous updates to stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery, communicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner.Possesses in-depth knowledge of analysis methodologies and its capabilities, forms the bridge between the business, testing, validation, and development during successful delivery of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather and analyze requirements from internal customers in form of discussions, workshops, and othersProcess and decompose internal customer requirements into specifications and smaller blocks like user storiesGather and incorporate suggestions from stakeholders into analytical outputsMaintain and manage changes in documentation and outputs for assigned parts of softwareCreate and update analytical outputs like software specifications and their componentsReview and control internal outputs within the analytical teamCollaborate in defining, implementing, and improving processes, policies, and tools related to analysisPrepare reports for the project manager / direct manager and present the results of the analysisEnsure that analytical outputs are complete, consistent, understandable, achievable, unambiguous, verifiable and in line with established standards   Deliver tasks on time and in the required quality     Use and follow set standards and processesCommunicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner



SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.4+ years of experience in a business analysis area.2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.

Preferred to have: (not a must to fill)

Certification a field of Business Analysis (Recommended).Training/mentor skills.​
