C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager of Service Delivery to oversee the day-to-day functions of our Service Delivery Team as part of our TMC division. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of our service delivery strategy, in line with customer service level agreements (SLAs) and expectations. You will lead the charge in achieving service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction, fostering operational excellence through a continuous improvement mindset and strategic collaboration across business areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Leverage operations dashboards and internal analytics to discern areas of service excellence and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with teams on actionable plans
  • Apply continuous improvement methodology to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service delivery team, proactively identifying and addressing recurring service delivery interruptions and customer issues through root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for Operational Service Delivery needs
  • Lead and mentor direct reports through regular feedback, coaching, and guidance, aligning with performance metrics and Personal Development Plans
  • Ensure team members possess a comprehensive understanding of customer business objectives and the strategies to achieve them
  • Coordinate schedules to optimize account coverage and meet service demands
  • Implement and leverage Account Specific Onboarding for new team members to enhance their integration and performance

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • A blend of education and work experience may be considered
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or customer/client service facing role
    • Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams
    • Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and international)

      Preferred:

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
      • Experience executing businesses through Standard Practices and Operational Excellence methodologies
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
      • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
      • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong interpersonal/communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively in a highly responsive and professional manner
      • Strong business acumen
      • Ability to develop strong working relationships, both internally and externally
      • High level of integrity where personal and professional values are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and leadership framework
      • Ability to work collaboratively within the business setting
