The Opportunity
As a Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will include supporting the SellEx Director and team in executing the Selling Expense agenda for a designated region, account, or in response to Finance teams’ requirements. You'll be the go-to person for providing sharp financial insights, analysis, and reports to keep selling expenses on track and be a key contributor on the achievement of financial goals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
- Provide overall support for the period end (close) Pay For Performance Plan Adjustments and preparation of Sellex Pay For Performance forecast
- Own Pay for Performance Pilot Success Scorecard, tracking against a control and recommending Go/No Go decisions at the end of the Pilot
- Maintain Pay for Performance Planning Scorecard and identify bottom performing Zones for recommended work withs to improve performance
- Maintain Sellex Pay For Performance reporting and perform analysis as needed
- Develop and manage forecast & AOP models, tools and reporting, including AOP data support variability analysis and route data
- Work on key initiatives to drive business and Sellex performance
- Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights as required
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects, such as RSR / RSA Turnover Analysis
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience working on a P&L, core financial planning experience
- 1-3 years of experience in finance and planning
- Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase
- Tableau and/or Power BI User knowledge
- Strong excel skills
