Senior Manager Commercial Banking

Serás responsable de desarrollar la estrategia comercial (400 a 1500 millones) para rentabilizar los segmento empresarial y sectores prioritarios de la Banca de Empresas, coordinando a los equipos de analítica de datos, productos, procesos y estrategia, y dando seguimiento/acompañamiento a su implementación con la Red de Ventas.
Lo que harás:
- Elaborar un diagnóstico profundo de los segmentos y sectores estratégicos identificando las principales oportunidades para crecer el negocio, y desarrollar la estrategia para capturarlas.
- Definir los KPIs y metas deINC negocio para el segmento y sector alineadas a la estrategia con el fin de priorizar y dirigir los esfuerzos de la Red Comercial.
- Definir las acciones y planes de incentivación que ayuden a capturar las oportunidades de crecimiento de negocio para potenciar a la Red de Ventas y logren superar las metas de negocio.
- Asegurar que los diferentes esquemas de incentivación estén correctamente alineados con la estrategia por segmento y sean efectivos para exceder las metas de negocio.
- Mantener comunicación constante con la Red Comercial Empresarial y Staff de las divisiones para recibir feedback sobre el mercado regional, así como de la implementación de la estrategia localmente.
- Asegurar y mantener una comunicación y coordinación estrecha con las áreas internas de estrategia, productos, analítica de datos y procesos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en proyectos multidisciplinarios, productos, procesos y ejecución de planes de acción.
- Participar en los diferentes comités presentando planes de acción, métricas de negocio, avance de proyectos, en donde serás el portavoz de las iniciativas que desde el área se definan.
Escolaridad: Ingenierías, Licenciatura en Economía, Actuaría, Finanzas, Administración, indispensable MBA o especialidad.
Conocimientos y experiencia: En Estrategia Comercial, Negocio de Banca de Empresas, Análisis Estratégico, Implementación Comercial, Toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Paquetería: Excel y PowerPoint Avanzado, así como sus similares de Google, herramientas de análisis como Python, R o afines.
