About the role

El ingenierto de mantenimiento será el responsable de asegurar que la estrategia de mantenimiento se enfoque en elevar la confiabilidad y mantenibilidad del equipo y definir, desarrollar y administrar el programa de mantenimiento planeado para perfeccionarlo. Reducir y mejorar el trabajo de mantenimiento donde sea factible, apoyado en las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento,  información estadistica, herramientas y capacitación para el personal. Participacion activa en los alcances, cotizaciones, seguimiento y conclusion de los proyectos de Capex.

Key responsibilities
  • Asegurar la confiabilidad y mantenibilidad de instalaciones nuevas o modificadas, trabajando junto con Ingeniería de proyectos, (cuando aplique)  asegurando cubrir los requerimientos de seguridad de personal y equipos. 
  • Asegurar en toda implementación, instalación de equipos, infraestructura y servicios, que se cubran los aspectos de Calidad e Inocuidad para la elaboración de productos alimenticios.           
  • Definir,  diseñar, monitorear y perfeccionar el PMP (Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo) de manera profesional y sistematica.       
  • Desarrollar soluciones de ingeniería para averías repetitivas del equipo y otros problemas de mantenimiento que afectan las operaciones de la Planta.
  • Aplicar analisis de valor para reparar, reemplazar, rediseñar y  tomar decisiones de hacer o comprar.       
  • Proveer experiencia en materia técnica para dar soporte a producción, a la administración del mantenimiento y al personal técnico, así como la herramienta necesaria para desarrollar los mantenimientos con seguridad e integridad para el personal.             
  • Asegurar el desarrollo de habilidades y conocimiento del personal técnico y de producción.    
  • Mantener datos e informacion actualizada para analisis de tendencias, analisis de problemas y para la elaboracion de reportes periodicos.
  • Mantener actualizada la información necesaria para el cumplimiento de auditorias realiza recomendaciones para mejorar nuestros sistemas y actualiza procedimientos o genera nuevos de requerirse     
  • Autorizar cambios al PMP, Autoriza salida de equipos y partes para reparación. Solicita cotizaciones de equipos y servicios.
  • Reportar cualquier desviación en diseño y/o construcción, fabricación de equipos o sistemas que pueda impactar sobre la Calidad e Inocuidad que afecten cualquier proceso
Qualifications and skills
  • Licenciatura en Ingenieria Mecánica, Eléctrica, electrónica o afín
  • Experiencia en la industria de al menos 2 años
  • Experiencia en areas de mantenimiento de al menos 2 años
  • Manejo de máquinas y herramientas, PC y SAP
  • Conocimientos de hidráulica, neumática, mecánica, eléctrica, electrónica.
  • Experiencia en manejo de proyectos
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de TPM. Amplio conocimiento de las areas de servicios/energyías (agua, energía eléctrica, vapor, aire compromido y servicios)                                                                                                                                        
  • Ser referente en conocimientos técnicos y proceso de manufactura
