Main responsibilities:

The role of the Maintenance Engineer is to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment by applying preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising, guiding and verifying the repairs and/or installations that are being carried out according to acceptable quality and safety standards.

The main objectives of this profile are:

Develop an annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan Follow up on maintenance activities on the floor Review ANDON boards and implement improvement actions Schedule extraordinary activities for corrective maintenance Capture work orders for the technician to perform preventative maintenance Upload requisitions to SAP and track them until the purchase order is sent to the vendor. Assist suppliers to quote various jobs that are required Attend to machinery failures, corrective maintenance Update TPM boards with check sheets, lubrication letters and review their compliance. Development and manufacture of safety devices for machinery and equipment Review Safety Devices in Preventive Maintenance Upgrade and automation of existing machinery Movement of machinery by Manufacturing action Train production staff in TPM Train technical staff to unify knowledge
