Job Overview:

As a Junior Process Coordinator, you are assisting the consulting teams in setting up collaboration spaces to be used throughout project lifecycle. You will work with Teams and SharePoint on a daily basis, serving as a point of contact and communicate with KM peers and consultants on all matters related to productivity tools and collaboration. You will work closely with a number of KM teams, providing regular updates on compliance and usage of collaboration spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be setting up collaboration spaces for new consulting project teams

  • You will be working towards proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, promoting knowledge storage and retention best practices, offering basic troubleshooting to consulting teams

  • You will be asked to monitor incoming requests and address them within short deadlines (24 hours SLA)

  • You will help consulting teams to organize and safely store their IC, aligning with Senior Process Coordinators and Knowledge Managers on the ownership and further IC Capture steps

Experience Required:

  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience, preferably in international environment

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or tech support may be an asset

Technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

  • Able to work independently, under time pressure and execute tasks within short deadlines

  • Able to follow strict procedures and guidelines; completes work to agreed standards with attention to detail and high accuracy
