We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a Sr. Technical Consultant - Advisory to join our full-time team as full-time employee.- ServiceNow Approvals Workflows experience
- Mandatory certifications: CSA
- 2+ Years Experience as an architect or as a Service Management advisor
- 5+ years ServiceNow experience
- Experience required in app engine, flow designer, Next Experience UI
- 5+ years JavaScript experienceÂ
- 5+ years using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJSÂ
- Knows fundamentals of the webÂ
- Very good communication skills in Spanish or Portuguese. Advanced in English.
- Good collaboration, teamwork, and learning skillsÂ
- Consulting (Customer facing) or Pre-Sales experience in service management (Must have)
