El grupo de Mechatronics, Mirrors y Lighting se especializa en tecnologías automotrices que están impulsando el futuro de la movilidad. Al combinar un profundo conocimiento de sistemas para desarrollar experiencias únicas de acceso a vehículos, sistemas de visión inteligente y tecnologías avanzadas de iluminación automotriz, la experiencia de Mechatronics, Mirrors y Lighting (MML) ilumina el camino hacia la innovación, la seguridad y el estilo.

Advanced Quality Engineer
Sus responsabilidades
- Asegurar que toda la información necesaria del producto (PFMEA, plan de control, diagramas de flujo de procesos, hojas de instrucciones, etc.) esté actualizada y fácilmente disponible.
- Facilitar reuniones relacionadas con la calidad y la productividad para productos/proyectos asignados.
- Diseñar juegos y herramientas para el desarrollo de proyectos mediante proveedores de apoyo.
- Identificar mejoras de calidad y prevención de defectos mediante el desarrollo e implementación de accesorios y dispositivos a prueba de errores.
- Utilizar métodos de resolución de problemas de causa raíz para analizar problemas que afectan la calidad interna (PPM) y los problemas de productividad (OEE-eficiencia general del equipo).
- Liderar reuniones relacionadas con la calidad y la productividad para productos/proyectos asignados, mantenga actas de reuniones y temas abiertos para gestionar de manera efectiva los protocolos comerciales.
- Realizar capacitación de línea con hojas de instrucciones para operadores que garanticen la efectividad del proceso actual y los procedimientos fabricación.
- Dar seguimiento a cierre de PPAP con cliente.
Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico o afín.
Experiencia:
Lanzamiento de proyectos - 2 años - Preferible con FCA/Stellantis
Industria automotriz - 5 años - Preferible en iluminación
Inyección de plásticos - 2 años
Sus cualificaciones de preferencia- Inglés avanzado
