Administrar y gestionar el proceso del pago de compensación variable de 8,000 trabajadores y generar estrategias para mantenerla vigente.

 

Requisitos

• Carrera terminada.

• 1+ exp en Compensaciones (prácticas cuentan).

• Inglés Avanzado.

• MS Excel Avanzado (tablas dinámicas, v lookups).

• Power BI Básico / Intermedio.

• Manejo de bases de datos.
