Field Application Specialist Puebla

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Especialista de Aplicaciones, quien trabajará y crecerá dentro del Departamento de Customer Services, reportando directamente al Gerente de Asesoría Científica, dentro de un equipo de 13 personas.
Esta posición estará basada en la Ciudad de Puebla.
Esta posición será responsable de proveer educación, soporte y asesoría de primer nivel a nuestros clientes en el uso correcto y eficiente de los reactivos, equipos y software, distribuidas en México por bioMérieux, así como de, contribuir al posicionamiento de la marca y la consecución del presupuesto de ventas fijado para esta filial.


¿Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades dentro de bioMérieux?


•    Asegurar el uso adecuado de los equipos, softwares y reactivos comercializados por bioMérieux, proporcionando asesoramiento técnico y científico a los clientes a través de contacto telefónico, uso de vilink o visitas en sitio tanto en clínicas como en laboratorios, que solucionen los problemas y las dificultades en el uso de nuestros productos.
•    Desarrollar materiales didácticos para el entrenamiento de los usuarios que estén alineados a los manuales originales de fábrica.  
•    Transmitir la actualización de la documentación técnica y científica de los productos a los usuarios.
 •    Plantear dudas científicas al área de Servicio Global (GCS), con el fin de otorgar solución de causa raíz a las dificultades encontradas localmente y que requieran intervención de segundo nivel.
•    Identificar oportunidades de negocio a través de las necesidades del usuario y documentarlo en un “Lead” en CRM. 
•    Promover y divulgar los programas de educación continua con los clientes para fomentar la lealtad y presencia de la marca.
•    Capacitación a distribuidores en portafolio de productos BioMérieux para contribuir con los objetivos comerciales de la filial.
•    Ejecutar las FCA “Acciones Correctivas de Campo” que llegan de GCS que impacten en el uso de reactivo y equipos. 
•    Asegurar que las “Ordenes de Trabajo” (Work Order WO) y “Cita de Servico” (Service appointments SA) estén cerradas en el sistema llamado CRM (SalesForce)
•    Atender canales de contacto de servicio a clientes durante las guardias asignadas.
•    Disponibilidad para viajar: 60%


Estudios-Experiencia, Habilidades y Calificaciones:
Estudios y Experiencia
-             Estudios Universitarios completos en Ciencias de la Salud: Químicos Farcomaco Biólogo, Químicos Bacteriólogo. -             Un mínimo de 4 a 6 años de experiencia relacionado a procesamiento de muestras en laboratorio clínico.  Conocimiento de microbiología y deseable Biología Molecular e    inmunología.
-             Deseable maestría o estudios de postgrado.
Habilidades y calificaciones: 
-              Deseable manejo de Excel Intermedio
-              Habilidades didácticas y capacidad de enseñar y hablar en público y habilidad de investigación
-              Autodidacta / Proactivo /Con sentido de urgencia / Responsable (Accountability)
-              Búsqueda de Causa Raíz / Capacidad de Escucha / Organización, Método y Ejecución / Actitud de Servicio 
-              Negociación, manejo de conflictos, inteligencia emocional y toma de decisiones.
