Colabora en los procesos contables diarios y mensuales. Completa varios anÃlisis de cuentas y/o facturación de cuentas. Identifica, investiga y resuelve elementos que impactan los estados financieros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ayuda en la preparación de diversos anÃlisis y conciliaciones de cuentas.
  • Prepara entradas de diario mensuales
  • Proporciona apoyo financiero/analítico a varios departamentos
  • Calcula las acumulaciones de fin de mes Investiga problemas
  • Ayuda en la recopilación y difusión de información financiera.
  • Desarrolla informes ad hoc y anÃlisis financieros.
  • Escala los problemas notados a la gerencia de manera oportuna
  • Identifica oportunidades para mejoras en los procesos.
  • Capacidad para preparar documentación clara y concisa.
  • Realiza tareas adicionales según lo asignado.
  • Cumple con los estÃndares de asistencia y puntualidad.
  • Calificaciones, conocimientos y habilidades requeridos y condiciones de trabajo
  • Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos del conocimiento, habilidad y/o habilidad requerida.

Requerimientos:

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Contaduría Pública o similar.
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años de en Contabilidad o Finanzas.
  • Capacidad analítica y desarrollo de pensamiento crítico independiente y resolución de problemas. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con múltiples Ãreas.
  • Aplica conocimientos, experiencia y pericia al abordar problemas complejos.
  • Entiende claramente los objetivos estratégicos del departamento. Mantiene una visión general. Prevé obstÃculos y oportunidades dentro de su Ãrea de responsabilidades.
  • Entiende el impacto de los elementos y procesos en su relación con el negocio en general. Conocimiento y aplicación de Excel Intermedio/Avanzado y Acceso Intermedio (preferido) Buenas habilidades de comunicación, atención al detalle, adaptable al cambio, muestra precisión y puntualidad, calidad de toma de decisiones, profesionalismo, trabajo en equipo, capaz de mantener información confidencial.
  • Se requiere un ALTO nivel de pensamiento "iniciativo" para el anÃlisis, evaluación, creación, razonamiento y extracción de conclusiones/soluciones; ALTA complejidad del proceso mental a alcanzar en el rol para llegar a soluciones. Capaz de mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible.
