Funciones:
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del OEE, cambios de modelo, ajustes a máquina, así como asegurar la calidad del producto y la seguridad dentro de su área.
- Gestionar los recursos técnicos, humanos y de equipos asignados para el correcto cumplimiento de KPIs de seguridad, calidad, personal e innovación.
Requisitos del perfil:
- Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área e industria automotriz /Metalmecánica.
- Experiencia en administrar planes de producción y proceso de ensamble preferentemente.
- Administración de personal operativo.
- Experiencia en solución de problemas (5whys)
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
- Conocimiento de ISO 14001 Gestión Ambiental. ISO 45001 Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo.
- Conocimiento de IATF 16949
