Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Project lead of high impact Revenue Management and Import initiatives for PMF Savor assuring fuctional SG Process governance while driving growth and efficiency.

Your Impact

As Commercialization Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:

  • 100% Revenue Management and Imports project planning, follow up, and management.
  • Ensure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on time
  • Effectively interact with mid senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure direct alignment and communication with key stake holderds (Mktg/Commercial Drive/Revenue Management/Finance).
  • Assure information next to marketing, finance, operations and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm
  • Carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Revenue Management projects.
  • Ensure constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5, etc.
  • Generate Portfolio Management Reports and MyInnovation Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in MyInnovation including key deliverables in order to comply with LATAM monthly audits.
  • Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor Degree on Administration or Industrial Engineering (Ideal)

Experience

  • Other: Project Management knowledge; Office + MS Project (desired)
  • Languages: Spanish and English fluent advanced
  • Experience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 2-3 years
  • Multi Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 2-3 years
    • Food product development Process is a plus
