**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Project lead of high impact Revenue Management and Import initiatives for PMF Savor assuring fuctional SG Process governance while driving growth and efficiency.

**Your Impact**

As Commercialization Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:

- 100% Revenue Management and Imports project planning, follow up, and management.
- Ensure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on time
- Effectively interact with mid senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.
- Ensure direct alignment and communication with key stake holderds (Mktg/Commercial Drive/Revenue Management/Finance).
- Assure information next to marketing, finance, operations and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm
- Carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Revenue Management projects.
- Ensure constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5, etc.
- Generate Portfolio Management Reports and MyInnovation Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in MyInnovation including key deliverables in order to comply with LATAM monthly audits.
- Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor Degree on Administration or Industrial Engineering (Ideal)

**Experience**
- Other: Project Management knowledge; Office + MS Project (desired)
- Languages: Spanish and English fluent advanced
- Experience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 2-3 years
- Multi Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 2-3 years
- Food product development Process is a plus
