Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, corporate finance, senior management) and external stakeholders (auditors, consultants). Strong communication skills, capable of explaining finance and accounting concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization. Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion, particularly the implementation of new tools. Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial results and issues to senior management and non-financial audiences. English advanced level is required. Decision-Making & Accountability:

Accountable for ensuring that all commercial programs are documented and shared with accounting timely and accurately. Must interpret and apply internal standards, company values, and regulatory frameworks to resolve issues. Responsible for the correct documentation and control of discount plans via ServiceNow, ensuring audit-readiness and compliance. Interaction & Communication:

Collaborates closely with financial teams (controlling, accounts receivable, sales finance), sales departments, and corporate teams across different regions. Regular interaction with senior management to report on status of assigned areas and provide strategic insights. Coordinates with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and resolve any issues. Works cross-functionally with teams within Levi Strauss & Co., influencing and negotiating when necessary. LOCATION

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3+ to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, (experience in retail or a multinational company is a plus). Knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP is a plus). Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and financial tools. Prior experience implementing financial management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is highly desirable.
