This position will provide support with the offer letter creation for Hourly employees across our USA sites (union and non union). In addition to this, this position will require the executive to initiate the pre employment requests to do background checks and drug tests on candidates applying to a Kerry position.

It will also be responsible for sending New Hire Paperwork to those selected candidates, to gather the necessary information to onboard them.

This role is not focused on interviews or selection of candidates.
