You'll collaborate closely with Recruiters, Sales, and Projects team members, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent and streamlining operations and delivery to align with our values and goals.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside employees and consultants across the globe and make an impact across departments through process and project operations. Applicants must demonstrate drive, passion, great attention to detail, and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day. Excellent English writing and verbal communication are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records related to recruitment activities.
  • Resume Formatting & Send-Outs: Assist the recruitment team in formatting resumes and crafting professional send-outs.
  • Call & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings efficiently.
  • Document Updates: Update and maintain existing documents and records to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Job Posting Management: Update and maintain our job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in coordination of internal projects and events especially involving data management, scheduling, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with our internal team.
  • Time Management Skills: Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High English Level: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Package: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High Sense of Responsibility: Reliable and accountable, with a strong work ethic.
  • While experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow with us
