Job Description:

The Supplier commercial operation is responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted according to the company's policies, procedures, and methods to achieve cost savings.

A key part of this role is to understand contracts, SLA, rate cards and managing supplier relationships across all logistic networks, not only transportation and external warehouses.

What are we looking for?

  • English proficiency

  • Office, Windows, SAP

  • Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related studies International Trade Career.

  • 2+ experience in procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers, such as delivery times, quality metrics, cost efficiency, others.
  • Conduct cost analyses to support decision-making and budget planning. Support cost-saving initiatives and track their implementation and impact.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the procurement budget.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers regarding deliveries and invoicing.
  • Ensure that contract terms are adhered to and report any discrepancies or issues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, quality, and finance teams, to align supplier strategies with company objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supplier performance, procurement costs, and market trends.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making in supplier management and procurement activities.
  • Owner of BCP play book for physical logistics operations.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in supplier performance.
  • Request to Procurement to conduct market research to identify new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and benchmark against current suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and address any issues or concerns promptly.
