Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring the correct supply of our brands and products to our affiliated company in the United States of America, monitoring service levels, and coordinating supply chain teams in response to ordering variables.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the allocation of resources (products, warehouses, transportation) for the proper supply of products to the US.
2. Plan supplies for replenishment according to FCST variations.
3. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with our affiliated client (US) for any requirements beyond those specified in the export agreement.
4. Collaborate with our affiliated company to ensure accurate orders through continuous improvement and logistical efficiencies.
Key Duties:
1. Create analysis processes using data provided by the client to generate relevant information through scorecards. Knowledge of Data Analytics is essential to identify root causes, future risks, generate recovery plans, and provide appropriate recommendations.
2. Plan by closely monitoring market trends and sales behavior based on price. Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and the client to generate the most accurate forecast possible, ensuring optimal purchasing without losing sales or generating excess inventory at the point of sale.
3. Use timely and assertive communication among all intermediaries (supply, demand planning, sales, and client). Understand the priorities and needs of each. Responsible for providing supply visibility, tracking compliance with the internal FCST with demand planning, aligning sales information with promotional plans, and collaborating closely with the client to ensure excellent cooperation.
4. Work with the client under a strict confidentiality agreement, as access to their information and replenishment system is required. Maintain permanent communication with the client, adhere to established processes, and work together to identify areas of opportunity for both parties.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
- 2 + years of business experience n supply and/or supply chain operations including customer facing experience.
- Technical skills: (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)
