STOCK ASSOCIATE - Palacio Santa Fe


Descripción general: bajo el liderazgo y la guía de la gerencia, el asociado de stock es responsable de supervisar todas las funciones operativas internas y externas, es decir, procesar las entregas de transferencias de stock entrantes y salientes, manejar la mayoría de los aspectos del inventario, incluidos, entre otros. exclusivo para, control de calidad y organización, gestión de muestras de piso, números de rotación/sistema de catalogación, envíos, traslados, etc.


Responsabilidades:

  • Comprende y ejecuta todas las operaciones, políticas y procedimientos de la tienda en referencia a la gestión de inventario.
  • Ayuda a los asesores de clientes a localizar existencias u opciones de venta, información sobre tallas, etc. para ayudar a promover las ventas.
  • Mantiene el stock de una manera organizada, limpia y fácil de usar con los números de rotación y guías de tamaño correctos.
  • Maneja todo el proceso de recepción de envíos.
  • Maneja todo el proceso de transferencias entrantes y salientes.
  • Gestiona el área de espera y los procedimientos de cierre de sesión.
  • Crea muestras de piso
  • Realiza todos los controles de existencias.
  • Gestiona discrepancias de stock, desajustes, flujo de stock dentro y fuera del almacén.
  • Utiliza programas para gestionar los niveles de inventario.
  • Verifica los recién llegados en busca de defectos, verifica la mercancía que se devuelve del piso de ventas en busca de desajustes, discrepancias, daños, etc.
  • Maneja recuentos de ciclos e inventario.
  • Realiza barridos en toda la tienda en busca de mercancía extraviada.
  • Trabaja con el área de recepción y el mostrador de seguridad para cualquier entrega entrante de cualquier tipo.
  • Procesa devoluciones de sucursales externas de Saks y recoge las devoluciones de los clientes.


Habilidades y requisitos:

  • Licenciatura requerida
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en stock o puesto similar.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible que satisfaga las necesidades del negocio; podría incluir turnos nocturnos, vespertinos, fines de semana, feriados y llamadas telefónicas
  • Contribuye a sacar artículos del almacén, moverlos físicamente y almacenar estantes.
  • Mantenga la organización en el almacén y asegúrese de que el etiquetado preciso, la ubicación lógica, la disposición ordenada y la limpieza en toda la parte posterior
  • Comprender cómo trabajar de forma eficaz y segura.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de Microsoft Outlook, Excel y Cegid.
  • El empleado debe sentirse cómodo con los elementos físicos del trabajo, incluidos (entre otros) cargar cajas, estar de pie (capacidad de mantenerse de pie) y usar una escalera de mano. Todas las extremidades del cuerpo relacionadas con estos requisitos deben ser utilizables. Ciertamente, el período de tiempo y el peso pueden variar, pero aquellos que sean aplicables para este trabajo deben sentirse cómodos con 10 libras e incrementos de pie durante 2 horas seguidas.
