Job description:
- With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals/Compensation/Career & Development
- Complete understanding of the management process of the life cycle of the employee in the organization.
- Certified in SuccessFactors with at least one of the modules mentioned.
- Experience in project management methodology of SuccessFactors
- Analysis of business requirements and an analysis of the adjustment gap between customer requirements and the technological solution according to best practices.
- Strong learning capacity, agility, and willingness to acquire new skills and quickly adapt to new tasks and environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Medium- Advanced English level is a must.
