About the Role
SAP is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant Sr HXM-PY to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading project implementation, solution configuration, and key user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
- Support in escalated projects
- Perform feasibility studies / solution reviews
- Support in pre and post sales activities
- Develop and assure quality of process models
- Act as a coach for colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years work experience
- Minimum four years consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Mexico
- Has experience in minimum of two full cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Mexico
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup and payroll schema
- Knowledge in Mexican Legal Reports and localizations
- Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Good understanding of industry specific business processes
- Understand the Business Process Library & Leading Practices approach
