As HR Payroll Specialist, you will be a pivotal player in ensuring the accurate and timely compensation of our employees, directly contributing to their well-being and our collective success. You will be responsible for the meticulous execution of payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations, accurate data management, and the seamless disbursement of salaries and benefits.

is crucial in upholding trust within our community and reinforcing L'Oréal's commitment to our people. You will leverage precision and attention to detail to ensure every employee is paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local and global standards. Roles & Responsibilities Executing Payroll Processes: Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for a designated scope, including data input, validation, calculation, and processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and local regulations.
Ensuring Data Integrity: Meticulously review and reconcile payroll data against HR records, timekeeping systems, and benefit providers to guarantee accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Upholding Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving payroll legislation, tax laws, and internal policies to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks, contributing to the integrity of our employee compensation. Collaborating for Efficiency: Work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and external payroll vendors to streamline processes, improve data flows, and identify automation opportunities, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
Supporting Reporting: Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities by preparing payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and reports for internal stakeholders. Supporting Audits: Assist in internal and external payroll audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations, ensuring transparency and accountability. Optimizing Processes: Proactively identify areas for process improvement within payroll operations, propose solutions, and participate in implementing best practices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous growth.
Skill
Set Core Payroll Expertise: In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws. Analytical Precision: High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), and advanced Excel skills.
Organized and Efficient: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines. Effective Communicator: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with employees and stakeholders. Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them. KPIs Payroll Accuracy Rate: Minimizing errors in payroll calculations and disbursements. On-Time Payroll Processing: Ensuring all payroll cycles are completed and payments are made by scheduled deadlines.
