PROJECT ARCHITECTSector: Architecture, Master Planning, LandscapingEducation Level: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ArchitectureFull-Time Position (Mon–Fri)The Project Architect will be responsible for developing and collaborating on architectural design for executive projects, including finishes, detailed drawings, MEP design, structural plans, landscaping, and exterior design for luxury residential homes within resort-style developments. The role involves integration into a multidisciplinary team and management of multiple projects at various stages of development.Architectural designer specialized in high-end residential tourism projects, preferably with experience in tourist destinations such as Los Cabos.• Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Office, and rendering software.• Immediate integration into a leading and well-established company with a recognized professional trajectory. Gym membership and additional benefits.Sector: Arquitectura, Master Planning, Paisajismo.Nivel Estudios: Licenciatura o Maestría en Arquitectura.Experiencia mínima: 4 añosTrabajo a Tiempo Completo (L-V)Será responsable de realizar y colaborar en el diseño de proyectos ejecutivos de arquitectura, acabados y planos de detalles, diseño de instalaciones, planos estructurales, paisajismo y diseño de exteriores para viviendas residenciales de lujo ubicadas en desarrollos tipo resort. Para ello se incorporará a un equipo multidisciplinar de trabajo y gestionará proyectos simultáneos en sus distintas fases.Arquitecto/a proyectista especializado en diseño arquitectónico de viviendas turístico-residenciales de alto-nivel en destinos turísticos preferentemente ubicados en Los Cabos.Dominio del inglés a nivel hablado y escrito deseable.Manejo excelente de AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop, Office y Programas de RenderizaciónCreativo, honesto, dinámico, aptitudes para el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de adaptación en un contexto de trabajo multicultural y con tiempos ajustados.Incorporación inmediata a importante empresa líder con reconocida trayectoria profesional.
