PROJECT ARCHITECT

Full-Time Position (Mon–Fri)

Job Description:

The Project Architect will be responsible for developing and collaborating on architectural design for executive projects, including finishes, detailed drawings, MEP design, structural plans, landscaping, and exterior design for luxury residential homes within resort-style developments. The role involves integration into a multidisciplinary team and management of multiple projects at various stages of development.

Ideal Profile:


• Architectural designer specialized in high-end residential tourism projects, preferably with experience in tourist destinations such as Los Cabos.


• Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Office, and rendering software.


• Knowledge of interior design and/or preliminary engineering design is desirable.


• Creative, honest, dynamic, team-oriented, and adaptable to a multicultural work environment with tight deadlines.


• Ability to lead and coordinate a design studio team.


• Willingness to relocate to San José del Cabo, B.C.S.

Descripción del Puesto:

Será responsable de realizar y colaborar en el diseño de proyectos ejecutivos de arquitectura, acabados y planos de detalles, diseño de instalaciones, planos estructurales, paisajismo y diseño de exteriores para viviendas residenciales de lujo ubicadas en desarrollos tipo resort. Para ello se incorporará a un equipo multidisciplinar de trabajo y gestionará proyectos simultáneos en sus distintas fases.

Perfil Deseado:


• Arquitecto/a proyectista especializado en diseño arquitectónico de viviendas turístico-residenciales de alto-nivel en destinos turísticos preferentemente ubicados en Los Cabos.


• Dominio del inglés a nivel hablado y escrito deseable.


• Manejo excelente de AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop, Office y Programas de Renderización


• Deseables conocimientos en interiorismo y/o prediseño de ingenierías.


• Creativo, honesto, dinámico, aptitudes para el trabajo en equipo, capacidad de adaptación en un contexto de trabajo multicultural y con tiempos ajustados.


• Capacidad para liderar y coordinar trabajo de colaboradores en taller de diseño.


• Disponibilidad para cambio de residencia a la zona de San José del Cabo, B.C.S.
