Tu misión Liderar la estrategia multicanal de performance y lifecycle marketing, optimizando el funnel completo desde leads hasta revenue pipeline , asegurando medición precisa y resultados rentables. ¿Qué harás? Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia anual de adquisición digital alineada a OKRs de Growth Gestionar presupuestos, forecasting y modelos CAC/LTV Optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display y Programmatic Construir y escalar customer journeys complejos en Salesforce Marketing Cloud Activar campañas en Email, WhatsApp y Mobile con foco en conversión y engagement Desarrollar landing pages en CloudPages con tracking y trazabilidad total Analizar KPIs clave y generar dashboards con visibilidad end-to-end del funnel Asegurar atribución clara desde Ads → Leads → CRM → Revenue Buscamos a alguien con +5 años de experiencia en performance marketing, growth o adquisición digital Dominio de Google Ads, Meta y LinkedIn Campaign Manager Experiencia sólida y comprobable en Salesforce Marketing Cloud Fuerte orientación a datos, experimentación (A/B testing) y optimización continua Background en fintech, banca digital, SaaS o startups (deseable) Requisitos Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación o afines Certificaciones obligatorias: Google Ads Google Analytics Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Salesforce Ofrecemos: Prestaciones de ley Prestaciones superiores a las de ley: Vales de despensa Fondo de ahorro Seguro de gastos médicos Mayores Seguro de gastos médicos Menores Subsidio de comida del 100%
