This role will define, build, and communicate technical and architectural vision for the Collaboration Services Platform to ensure systems and solutions are fit for purpose and meet business requirements. Working closely with the Platform Manager and other team members to ensure ongoing modernization and integrated collaboration platforms. This role is embedded within the Collaboration Services team, which supports platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe, and SharePoint.
