Head of Operations

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to partner with the Leadership Team in driving alignment, execution, and scale. You love turning metrics, Rocks, and to-dos into real-world wins.💼 What You’ll DoLead & Align: Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations) are aligned and accountable. Own the Processes: Create, document, and continuously improve operational processes and systems that drive scalability, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.

Execute the Vision: Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategy into measurable goals and track them through Scorecards, Rocks, and KPIs. Drive Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable systems, policies, and procedures that support growth and profitability. Build a High-Performance Culture: Inspire, coach, and hold leaders accountable to results and behaviors that strengthen our culture. Own the Numbers: Oversee operational and financial metrics, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency and high margins.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Be the connective tissue between departments—ensuring communication, collaboration, and focus across all teams. Report and Recommend: Keep the CEO and Leadership Team informed on company performance, key insights, and improvement opportunities.
