About eJam eJam is a fast-growing consumer products brand incubator and eCommerce marketing company. We build and scale multiple DTC brands, combining data, creativity, and world-class talent across the globe. We are expanding our People team and are looking for a driven, organized, and engaging Recruiter who can spark excitement about eJam while helping us scale world-class teams—across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, data, and leadership roles.The Recruiter will be the first line of defense for talent entering eJam .Running high-volume outbound recruiting (primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter)Collaborating daily with the People Operations Lead & HR CoordinatorPreparing weekly recruitment reports (outbound activity, inbound pipeline, interview metrics, candidate flow)Escalating recruitment blockers, including:Missing or delayed test assignmentsProviding market insights to improve recruitment speed, quality, and efficiencyeJam's brandsA confident communicator with excellent English; Spanish is a strong plusEngaging, friendly, and able to spark excitement about eJam and its opportunitiesAssertive in pushing for candidate reviews, test assignments, and hiring momentumSkilled in outbound sourcing and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at onceFully remote rolePerformance BonusOpportunity to work with leaders across multiple fast-growing brands
