Affiliate & Partnerships Manager Prop Trading / Fintech ( Portuguese -speaking)

The Trading Pit (TTP) is one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading platforms globally. We are expanding our international partner network and are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive trader acquisition and revenue growth through academies, affiliates, and influencers.This role reports to the Head of Business Development and can be based in Cyprus, Spain, or remote (depending on region).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard, and grow partnerships with affiliates, trading academies, and influencersManage and scale existing partner relationshipsNegotiate commercial terms, commissions, and contractsMonitor partner performance and regional KPIs, optimizing results in collaboration with Marketing and other teamsEnsure compliance, prevent fraud, and maintain high partner qualityRepresent TTP at industry events, expos, and conferencesProvide market insights and competitor intelligenceWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or partnerships (fintech, prop trading, FX/CFD, or brokerage preferred)Strong understanding of affiliate and performance-based marketing modelsProven negotiation and deal-closing skillsExperience working with CRM systems and performance tracking toolsFluent Portuguese (mandatory)Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindsetNice to HaveBackground in prop trading, trading education, or brokerage environmentsExperience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Cellxpert, Everflow)Influencer or performance marketing collaboration experienceKnowledge of Futures, CFDs, and Stock trading instrumentsWhat We OfferCompetitive fixed salary + performance-based commission and bonus structureOpportunity to grow within a fast-scaling global prop trading companySupportive, transparent, and multicultural team environmentContinuous learning opportunities, including trading education and internal trainingHealth insurance and additional benefits depending on locationFlexibility to work remotelyOpportunities to attend leading affiliate and trading industry events globally #J-18808-Ljbffr
