Responsibilities Drive organizational success through people by partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes. Lead and implement talent strategies, advise on HR policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and retention. Design and implement data-driven HR tools and generate insights to guide decision‑making and foster a culture of accountability and high engagement. Focus on compensation and benefits, supporting the HRBP team with expert guidance and ensuring equitable, competitive, and sustainable practices. Qualifications Proven ability to manage complexity and solve problems using multiple perspectives and data sources. Strong understanding of business drivers and external market trends, with the ability to apply insights to HR strategy. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to strategic initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, due to collaboration with global teams and the Compensation COE. Proficiency in data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
