The Opportunity What You'll Do Executive Support: Manage the CRO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling across multiple time zones. Travel & Expenses: Arrange travel as needed, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. Event & Offsite Planning: Support planning and logistics for sales kickoffs, QBRs, and other key meetings led by the Office of the CRO. Onsite Event Support: Assist at key events, ensuring the CRO's schedule runs smoothly and providing logistical support. Cross‑functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and optimize workflow. Occasional Executive Support: Provide assistance to other executives as time permits and business needs require. Confidentiality & Organization: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role. Experience working in high‑growth SaaS, tech, or multinational environments is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Zoom, Slack, Concur). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Experience supporting C‑level executives is a strong advantage. Note This position is fully remote.
