Training Content Developer (Business Transformation) Role Summary Create clear, role-based training materials to enable Train-the-Trainer and End User training for an SAP/Business Transformation program. You will build eLearning, instructor-led materials, job aids, and quizzes using agreed templates and tools. Key Responsibilities Create end-to-end training deliverables, including e-learning modules, Instructor Led Training (ILT), slide decks/facilitator guides, participant guides, and job aids/quick reference guides for Train-the-Trainer and End User training. Translate business processes and system transactions into clear, role-based learning content aligned with standard templates and branding. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and functional leads to validate accuracy and relevance. Build quizzes/knowledge checks to evaluate understanding and support adoption. Maintain version control and standardized formatting across learning deliverables to ensure consistency and traceability. Update content (as needed) up to End User training to reflect process/system changes. Support Trainers during rollout (dry-runs, Q&A support, guidance on materials). Review and continuously improve training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Monitor and report training progress, completion, and feedback data to support adoption. Tools & Technology (experience In At Least One) SAP WalkMe (in-app guidance, walkthroughs, tooltips) Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline eLearning) Synthesia (training videos / explainers) Competencies & Qualifications 3+ years building training content material for business processes and/or enterprise systems. Basic SAP Fiori/Success Factors navigation. Strong writing, structuring, and learner-focused communication skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines. Ability to rapidly learn and apply new tools, templates, and standards to deliver consistent outputs at scale. Spanish (based in Mexico), English required, French (optional) Nice to have: ERP/SAP project exposure, Train-the-Trainer / large End User rollout experience Why Syntax?
