Machine Build SupervisorWhat you’ll do:•TLead and manage the machining team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts, meeting cost and safety standards while maintaining operational excellence.•Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and procurement processes, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, process and final deliveries.•Drive cost reduction and lead time improvement initiatives using APS tools, strategic planning, and continuous process optimization.•Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development plans, and structured team management aligned with organizational goals. What is required:•Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or similar•At least three years' experience in machinery process •Functional Competencies: Solid Woks, Draft sight, 2d interpretation of mechanical drawings.
