If you’re ready to champion continuous improvement and empower others through knowledge and leadership, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Facilitate collaboration across factory teams to strengthen QMS integration. Represent the factory in Integrated Management System meetings. Implement global QMS tools and processes locally. Monitor compliance with ISO and internal standards. Lead internal and external audits, including certification and customer audits. Develop and track KPIs to measure QMS effectiveness. Deliver QMS training and promote stakeholder engagement. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within industrial or energy sectors. Certified internal auditor (lead auditor certification is a plus). Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Strong data analysis skills for performance monitoring and improvement.
