If you're ready to champion continuous improvement and empower others through knowledge and leadership, we want to hear from you**How You’ll Make an Impact**- Facilitate collaboration across factory teams to strengthen QMS integration.- Represent the factory in Integrated Management System meetings.- Implement global QMS tools and processes locally.- Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards.- Lead internal and external audits, including certification and customer audits.- Develop and track KPIs to measure QMS effectiveness.- Deliver QMS training and promote stakeholder engagement.- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.**Your Background**- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within industrial or energy sectors.- Certified internal auditor (lead auditor certification is a plus).- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.- Strong data analysis skills for performance monitoring and improvement.- Proven ability to lead change and foster cross-functional collaboration.**More About Us**- At Hitachi Energy, we’re committed to innovation, sustainability, and empowering our people.- You’ll have opportunities to grow your career, expand your skills, and make a global impact.
