This full-time, remote role is ideal for someone with a direct response background, a sharp eye for persuasive storytelling, and the skills to turn insights into high-performing creatives. You’ll collaborate with creators, source new talent, write winning scripts, and optimize creative systems from end to end.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite High-Converting Video Scripts: Craft direct response-style scripts with strong hooks, persuasive copy, and clear CTAs.Create Briefs for Creators & Designers: Develop clear and strategic briefs that align with brand tone, platform needs, and performance goals.Source, Negotiate & Collaborate with UGC Creators: Find new talent, handle onboarding and communication, and ensure timely content delivery.Storyboard and Conceptualize Creatives: Translate ideas into visual flows and collaborate with editors to bring concepts to life.Analyze Performance & Develop Iterations: Use insights from Meta, Snapchat, Applovin, and YouTube to analyze winning ads and create new iterations.Pitch New Creative Ideas Weekly: Lead ideation for fresh hooks, formats, and ad angles to test regularly.Implement Creative Systems & Use AI Tools: Streamline workflows, boost productivity with AI, and scale creative output efficiently.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with editors, marketers, and brand teams to align creative with performance insights and campaign goals.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Increase CTR (Click-Through Rate) of ad campaignsHit weekly targets for number of ads producedImprove Creative Hit Rate (number of winning creatives launched)Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have SkillsProven direct response background — worked with or led direct response brands or agenciesStrong copywriting skills — especially in scripting video ads and crafting scroll-stopping headlinesAnalytical mindset — ability to interpret data from platforms like Meta, Snapchat, Applovin, and YouTube to inform creative decisionsExperience managing creative production workflowsProficiency in storyboarding and conceptualizing video narrativesNice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with AI tools for copy, content, or video enhancementExperience briefing and managing freelancers or creatorsUnderstanding of current ad trends in UGC, paid social, and performance creativesWho Should Apply?Have a portfolio of creatives that made measurable impactLove pitching new creative ideas and seeing them performTake initiative and don’t wait to be told what to doEnjoy collaborating with creators and optimizing systemsCompensation & Work EnvironmentFull-time remoteCompetitive salaryFlexibility and independence in how you workClose collaboration with performance marketing and creative teamsLearn and grow in a high-performance environmentHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume #J-18808-Ljbffr
