What makes you great Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or audit — ideally in manufacturing or multi-site companies. Strong command of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate reporting. Analytical thinker with a continuous-improvement approach. Proven leadership and ability to operate under high-demand environments. Advanced English required for regional/global interaction.
