Operations Analyst (Admin Support)Responsable de garantizar la correcta ejecución operativa y el soporte integral a clientes y candidatos en programas de transición de carrera y desarrollo de talento. Este rol es clave para asegurar una experiencia fluida y de alta calidad, mediante la gestión de plataformas, elaboración de reportes y mantenimiento de relaciones efectivas con los stakeholders.Preparar informes detallados sobre el rendimiento y resultados de los participantes por cuenta, proporcionando información precisa para reportes a clientes.Mantener actualizados los sistemas internos con información completa y en tiempo, asegurando la integridad de los datos.Administrar plataformas virtuales para garantizar la correcta ejecución de sesiones en línea, cumpliendo con tiempos y estándares de calidad.Registrar y validar la asistencia en todas las actividades virtuales y presenciales.Elaborar reportes de satisfacción del cliente y proponer acciones para la mejora continua.Actualizar presentaciones, materiales y documentación, asegurando orden y disponibilidad.Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la eficiencia en procesos y la experiencia positiva de clientes y candidatos.Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.Mínimo un año en proyectos de Recursos Humanos.El inglés avanzado es importante.Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).Se valorará el conocimiento de herramientas de CRM.Capaz de gestionar múltiples prioridades de manera autónoma y en equipo.Oportunidades de crecimiento en una compañía líder global en Soluciones de Recursos Humanos.Beneficios adicionales que incluyen tiempo libre remunerado, días festivos pagos y más.Para tener éxito, no pueden depender solo confiando en que lo que funciona hoy, funcionará mañana.
