Nuestra misión es conectar la tecnología con los resultados de negocio y crear relaciones duraderas basadas en confianza y valor.Tu papel en el equipo como Business Development Manager (Staffing), serás responsable de desarrollar y cerrar oportunidades comerciales para servicios de staffing y consultoría, construyendo relaciones de largo plazo con clientes y posicionando a la compañía como un socio estratégico en talento especializado.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio enfocadas en servicios de staffing.Prospectar, calificar y cerrar cuentas nuevas (hunter mindset).Gestionar y hacer crecer cartera de clientes activos.Identificar necesidades de talento en diferentes industrias y proponer soluciones de staffing y consultoría.Diseñar propuestas comerciales, negociar condiciones y cerrar contratos.Dar seguimiento a KPIs comerciales (pipeline, revenue, forecast, cierres).REQUISITOS MÍNIMOSRequisitos:+5 años de experiencia como Business Development / Ventas de staffing (indispensable).Licenciatura en Administración, afín, concluida.Experiencia comprobada en consultoría y venta de servicios profesionales.Conocimiento y exposición a diversos sectores (IT, Tecnología, Banca, Retail, CPG, Farma, etc.).Sólida experiencia en venta B2B y negociación con niveles directivos.Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).Alta capacidad de comunicación, influencia y cierre.¿Qué ofrecemos?Proyecto sólido y con alto potencial de crecimiento.Exposición a clientes estratégicos y proyectos de alto impacto.Esquema competitivo (sueldo + variable).Desarrollo profesional dentro de un entorno consultivo y dinámico. #J-18808-Ljbffr
