Responsibilities Dar soporte a los procesos globales y regionales del área de Talent Development asignados al GBS (Performance Management Process, EOS, PMX, GT Program entre otros). Documentar procesos identificando oportunidades de estandarización y automatización impulsando la mejora continua en herramientas, metodologías y formas de trabajo. Liderar y acompañar proyectos de digitalización y automatización de procesos. Análisis de datos y generación de reportes relacionados a Talent Attraction & Development. Administrar tickets o requerimientos relacionados con PMX Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, lineamientos y estándares globales de GBS.
