Descripción del trabajo Title: Billing Associate Job Purpose: To assess - on a daily basis the issue of tax documents to be in compliance with local regulations according international trade and tax rules accurately and then to perform a quality control check on billing accuracy, identifying gaps and recommending plans for their resolution. The person will be responsible for liaising with other departments both within and outside Billing Services therefore a strong Customer Services. Activities Monitoring the process of elaboration of the Invoices, Credit Notes and Charge. Stamp the invoices. Customer Service. Sending of invoices to clients. Documentary and electronic file control. Responsible for the generation of 4.0 invoices with consignment note/Bill of Landing complement. Tracking, release and changes to consignment note. Generation of Foreign Trade complement. Generation of payment complements. Skill Requirements Proactive. Organized. Teamwork. Excellent communication. Customer Service. Qualifications Knowledge of Billing 3.3 and / or 4.0. Cancellation tax rules of invoices and / or correction of invoices. Tax rules update. Essential handling in CONTPAQ/SAE.
